Hello all 👋🏼

I wanted to start a forum for those who applied to the UCSD New Grad programs for this Fall 2024;

a lot of the positions my classmates and I applied to state "others more competitive" with only some saying "referred to hiring department". Has anyone else out of state or in state received any interviews? :)

I interviewed for two units (sadly was not chosen for either), but both units got back to me the next week!

does anyone know when the fall (November start date) app opens?

Hello, I applied for the march start date. If my job status says open but my status says other more competitive, does that mean I don't have a shot? Why would it still show that my application is open if I'm not competitive enough?
