I'm not sure last year it seems to have been different. Maybe by waves of last name? Or if not, maybe waitlisted next if they did release them all. It's hard to tell

For those accepted, how did you access the my.ucla.edu portal? Or how to find the logon ID/email?

If you login to your application portal where you can see all your submitted documents and app status it should give you the ID number that you need to create your MyUCLA account. Hope this helps!
