I emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS PER THE TERMS OF SERVICE) he's one of the mecn contacts he stated 

Thank you for the email. The recommendations have been sent to the Graduate Division of Education (GDE), and we are waiting for them to release the official decisions. I'm not sure when this will happen, but we are keeping tabs on the situation.
