Hey everyone! This is the new thread for the January Winter 2023 admissions. Anyone else super anxious or is it just me?

I have heard nothing. I am still on a waitlist.

Does anyone know if they started accepting people with lower GPA's?

I am just wondering about the required courses for admission.  

"English, Arts, Humanities, Social Science courses (6 units, of which 3 units can be a language other than English or fine arts course)"

These can be two social science courses? or one humanities and one social science course? It is slightly different than last year.

I emailed them and they told me 3.9.

I can’t believe they are wait listing people with 3.9gpa

I was checking U of A forum on this website and for them I believe the AGPA went till ~3.65, So let's see what the cut off for U of C would be this yr.

I used to think it was very difficult to get into uofa…I mean with very GPA
