Also received a rejection email. Sounds like they were overwhelmed by the amount of applicants.

Yes it seems that way. I did get into another program but uams was my top pick so this rejection feels abit more disappointing than others. I think since their class size is so small it's even more competitive to get in.

I knew they sent out rejection letters, because my friend got one, but I haven't heard anything. Not an email or phone call, wonder when the rest of us will find out...

Anyone who hasn't heard either way get an email or phone call today? From reading Previous threads it seems they sent rejections emails then made calls and filled the interviews spots and then another wave of rejections emails.
