can anyone who has been through the accelerated nursing program of u of a tell me a little about it ? i've been told that there is no entrance exam needed and science classes can be 10 years old which sounds great but is it very competitive ?

how is the program so far for you, is it manageable ? are there good public schools/apartments in the area ? please name them. i have two little ones who would be attending elementary school.

what hospital did you choose to work and why ? i'd appreciate any some insight since i'm interested in applying.

Glad you pm'd me... I haven't had a lot of time to visit the site.

The new students (I'm one) are busy being stunned by the pace... the students who graduate in Aug are busy writing their final group research projects.

I'm looking for any University of Arizona ASBSN graduates or current students out there. I have some questions about sponsoring hospitals.

I'd also love to hear from nurses who have been through this program. I'm planning on applying for the June 2010 start date. Any tips or advice or general feelings about the program would be greatly appreciated!
