Hope everyone is doing well. I write this post in the hopes of finding other current students of USU's FNP program; specifically, those that are starting this January as well. I applied and was accepted for the January cohort however, I wanted to hear if others have insight about their program based on personal experience. I'd be so grateful for any input.
Thank you!
Hi. I am planning to enroll this coming January. Anyone here? please email me [email protected]
I applied to USU, Keiser, St. Thomas U, USC and got into all. Due to reviews of the program I was able to easily scratch this off my list. I met someone local to me that advised it was not "great" and while I would like a more financially affordable offer I have chosen to go to USC. Best of Luck.
hello! I’m not sure about the remediation part, I don’t do immersion till this coming May. I was really hesitant about this school at first, but so far it’s been great. I’m done with the first year, and about to start my first of the “3 p’s” on the 4th. I would definitely recommend this program, but that being said, you get out of it what you put into it. It’s very much self driven, the program gives you the blueprint, but it’s up to you to fill in the blanks if that makes sense. As someone else had stated, it’s important to find a group of people that you start with and start a what’s app group, just so you have some camaraderie, it feels more like a classroom cohort that way. I have talked with several NP’s and they all said the same thing. As long as the program is accredited, it doesn’t matter because they are all the same curriculum. For me the price was a no-brainer. I’m happy I made this choice.
