Hi Panurse2019,
I sent my application in one night recently and the very next morning I got the acceptance letter. My transcripts were not sent electronically so not sure how they accepted me if they didn’t have those yet...this, in addition to the price, was a red flag for me. Not sure how many people actually end up dropping out of the program though if it isn’t very structured for being an online program. I have begun pursuing other options.... I am keep it as an option though!

I finished the program in 18 months and it is legit. I doubled up on classes for the first year allowing me (and others) to finish early.
I am an NP in California and the school is accredited by the CA BRN.
Would it be cool to say USC graduate instead of United States University, absolutely. But either way I am done and have since started my DNP.
Good luck with your adventures.

I started 9/2019, and I have to say its a lot of work but doable. The program is accredited by CCNE and the Calif BRN, as well as several other states.

Hey guys!!!! Sorry I get this notifications all the time I tend to ignore.
i am newly graduated from USU. I can’t tell you how much I recommend it!!! CHEAP and one of the schools on the CA BON! You can’t beat that. I will say the program I just completed will not be the ones you endure simply cuz they are constantly striving to make the program better not easier. With that being said I was able to work part time, raise a toddler and gave birth to my 2nd baby. It was not Easy. I highly recommend finding multiple preceptors like as many as you can get your hands in. So many of mine fell off for various reasons so i always had a back up to my back back back up. You never know. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I am confused by the tuition. It is listed as $26.5 but some here are saying its around $44k. Which is it? Additional costs like books should be 1-2k but not another $15-20k. How much roughly is it to complete 24 months?

Those were my thoughts too. The advisor is sooooo accomodating that my radar is going off. Never attended a for profit school before. It better not be ITT or Corinthian. Not sure if Kaplan is any better.

What was the total cost if you dont mind sharing? I cant get my advisor to give me a rough estimate. They will get back to me. Some have said it costs ~+$40k here.

The cost for USU FNP program is ~26,800 with no hidden fees except the cost of your books. I pay $375mo on the payment plan.

Really? Chamberlain has tuition at $29925 but after fees and a NP license fee ($6500) it comes out at $41,000. How is the school? Any regrets or staying the course? At less than $30,000, I can't beat that with an ugly stick for a private for-profit. TIA!!!
