UNG Spring 2020 Cohort

Hey everyone! I applied to UNG for Spring 2020. Excited to hear what the outcome will be. I didn’t prefer a campus but Gainesville would be nice since it’s my home campus!

I applied to UNG Gainesville campus. What is your stat? I have 3.95 GPA and 87 HESI. I am a bit nervous because the average of acceptance rate last semester was GPA 3.78 and HESI 89.7

How many more classes do you have left? Are you in any now?

Hi! I only have Statistic and Abnormal Psychology, which I am going to take in Fall 2019, while I am waiting for the nursing school to start if I get in. They have not sent out the letter yet. What was your scores and GPA?

3.94 GPA and a 94 on the Hesi

That is awesome! You would definitely get in.

I am not certain because the new stat from UNG just came out that the acceptance average is 3.78 GPA and 89.7 on HESI. I am two point lower than that. However, I am no rush. If I don't get in, I will just retake my HESI. Are you done with all your classes?

I think for Spring not as many people apply ? so let’s keep the positivity!

Im currently in Microbiology and have Stat and Chem 2 in the fall!

Cool! I love Microbiology. Yeah, that is what I heard. Many people said that Spring is less people applying. I can see through this group too. Only two of us are talking. I checked the UNG Fall 2019 Cohort. There were several members participated in the group.

Hi! I applied for the Spring 2020 Cohort, Gainesville Campus but I am very concerned with my HESI score: 84.5. My overall GPA is 3.87. I'm finishing up my last two prerequisites this summer: Microbiology and Chem 2. I have a 4.0 in all of my science prerequisites, but I don't know if they will take that into account. I'm very nervous ?

I wish you both the best of luck!

Good Luck!! Your GPA is awesome! Hesi score isn’t bad either! When are we finding out. Who are you taking Micro with?

Aw, thank you so much! ? I'm taking it with Dr. Lowrey. How about you?

My advisor had told me they would let us know around end of July to early August.
