I have a general question of opinion, since I suppose there is real no right or wrong answer.. But do you think it is wise to pay off my undergraduate school debt before enrolling into graduate school for NP?
I have the mentality that it would be better to eliminate one large debt prior to starting another one, but also realize that by enrolling back in school I can put my loan repayment on hold again and focus on my MSN/DNP.
About me, I am a new nurse, just reaching my year mark this September. I am young in my 20s. I'm not thinking of starting graduate school incredibly soon, I still want to go for my CCRN and transition to an ICU before starting a program.
I have roughly 30k in debt for my BSN, and am making motions to pay it back as quick as possible. Just curious to others thoughts and experiences.
