UNCC FNP Admission Decision

Hello! Just wanting to reach out to see if anyone has applied to UNCC's FNP program for Fall 2018 and have heard back yet??? I was told I'd hear by the end of February. Getting anxious:confused:

Hello! Is anyone STILL waiting for a reply? My portal still says "Your application is complete and ready for review". At this point I am just assuming that I wasn't accepted, but I just want a concrete answer and it is driving me crazy! I have reached out to the department several times and received very brief replies saying they are still uploading decisions. I will be moving from a different city in NC if I get in and so I am just anxious for a decision either way so I can move forward with my life! Congrats to all who have been accepted to this and/or other programs and keep trying to those who haven't!

Wow can't believe they are still loading decisions

You probably got in.... I know 2 ppl that did not get in and they found out 2 days before I received my acceptance notice

But after I got my decision ready to view pop up - it was about 3 or 4 days before I could actually see my decision

Thank you for your reply, Carly-RN! It's helpful to know that people have gotten their decisions for both outcomes. I was thinking maybe they were uploading the acceptance letters first and then leaving all the rest for later. I only wish I hadn't told so many of my friends/family, because every day I seem to get asked by at least 3 people, "So have you heard yet???" It will be such a relief to have an answer either way!

I have still not heard anything!! I emailed last week with the Interim Program Director and he told me they were having meetings about candidates late last week. He said he hoped to have more info Friday, but Friday came and went and still no updates! :(

Hi everyone! I have am from VA and have been working as a registered nurse on a cardiac step down unit here. I am looking to apply to FNP schools for Fall 2019 in North Carolina and was hoping for some advice between the different schools. I really want to relocate towards Charlotte NC and am interested in UNC Charlotte FNP program but also looking at UNCW and UNC Chapel Hill as well. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
