I feel like my time and life issues are not being considered
I've completed the whole nursing course and unble to get the ok from my school to sit for the State Exam. Is there anyway that i can take the exam without getting the ok from the school?

So you've graduated, have applied to take the NCLEX by exam, and are waiting on verification of education from your school?
Call the registrars office at your school to see about expediting the process. I would also call the nursing education office before they get out for the summer.

Why is the school not letting you take the NCLEX? Is it because there is some requirement that you have not yet fulfilled? Is it because they have an exit exam that you have been unable to pass?
Maybe if you gave us the reason why the school is not endorsing you for the NCLEX, we could be of more help. The state board will require an endorsement from your school. That is one of the requirements everywhere. The faculty must attest to your abilities as a nurse in order for you to be licensed.

There must be something missing here. If you are eligible to graduate, have passed all your classes, and have no financial responsibilities to the school, there is no reason why they cannot sign you off.
