UMSON BSN Spring 2014

Hi everyone! I created the BSN Fall 2013 topic, but I couldn't apply at that time due to family issues. So now I'm applying for Spring 2014! Anyone else applying? :]

I applied to Baltimore, and most of you who are waiting like me applied to Shady Grove. I'm thinking that they might work the selection process separately. I mean,on last Friday most of you who were accepted said that you applied to Baltimore.Do they already selected the accepted Baltimore applicants?Now the feeling of nervousness coming to me all over again.:o

Don't worry Nsmu, I just called admissions and the woman I spoke to said that they'll be letting people know throughout the next couple weeks.

She said they let only a few of the people who got accepted know on Friday. She said those who were called were the first few they got to that day, NOT the first picked (she emphasized this). It's in no particular order. I asked if status changes were separate for Shady Grove and Baltimore, but she said no. Everything comes straight from the Baltimore office. So, it must have just been a coincidence that all the people who heard back were Baltimore applicants. Also, there's not that many of us on this forum compared to the number of applicants so I'm sure of SG people heard back but just maybe aren't active on this forum.

Congrats Lor! You'll need to get a B or better in the courses you're enrolled in to be a january student!

You are in! but you must finish your last prerequisites with a grade of B or better as Chelsea said and they are NOT kidding. So, keep working hard and congratulations!

Congrats!!!! You only need to get A or B in the courses you are currently taking or if you'ev any other remaining course to take in the Winter.

Thank you so much guys (Chelsea13,Grey Lady, and Nsmu) I only finishing anatomy and physiology 2 right now, it's the only prerequisite left and so far my midterm grade is A!!!!! I can't stop crying guys!!! This feeling is unbelievable!!!!!
