Hello! I'm graduating with my BSN this month and have an interview coming up with university of Maryland medical center. I was just wondering if anyone knew the current hourly rate at which UMMC is paying their new graduate nurses. Does ummc allow new grads to practice as graduate nurses before passing the nclex? And has anyone gone through the nurse residency program there? I can never get a hold of human resources in order to ask these questions.. :/ thank you!
