I went to a Trigger Point and Large Joint injection course a while back and it was very helpful! Now I am looking for an ultrasound and or xray interpretation CME course that I could attend. Anyone know of one?

Not sure what you mean by ultrasound interpretation. Are you in primary care practice or acute care? There is a wealth of information on bedside use of ultrasound in the acute and critical care setting and SCCM (Society of Critical Care Medicine) has conferences on this topic many times a year. I have attended a few through the course of my NP career. The topics focus on FAST exams (Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma), basic echocardiography, vascular identification for central and arterial line placements, assessment of volume status using IVC diameter for example, and things of that sort. Is that something you would like? I have worked as an ICU NP in multiple hospitals and in all the places I've worked in, we have a bedside sonogram equipment that we can use to apply what we learned in conferences all the time. I've never attended an x-ray class other than what I had in my ACNP program. However, we read chest films day in and day out and I have developed the skill just by doing that.
