HI
Unlic Care basically means providing patient care within the scope of practice of positions not requiring a license. My official title is Unlicen. Technical Associate. I'm a Patient Care Technician and I provide CNA care expanded to include phlebotomy, ekg, and non invasive procedures. So 1 year of CNA work, or PCT work, or PCA work, etc. Certification is not the same as being Licensed.
