UK Transcripts Non-Event

I trained as a Registered General Nurse (Formerly a State Registered Nurse) in 1983, and as a Registered Midwife in 1987, but try as I might, I can not get my transcripts. The schools have closed and the Nursing and Midwifery  Council have given me the run-around. Does anyone have any solution to my dilemma?
