UK OSCE: NHS or HCA supports Pre-PIN international nurses

Hi, I am a nurse trained in India and have been offered 2 jobs in the UK. One is an NHS hospital in Norfolk and the other a private one (HCA) in London. THe NHS are paying very less and are offering me a Med-Surg position. Where HCA is offering a much more higher salary with the theatre nurses' position that I am wanting to have.

1. My question is which hospital should I join?

2. I need to pass the OSCE exam in order to grab the higher salary offered, will the private hospital support me in terms to passing the exam?

3. I have heard NHS hospitals are much better than private one in terms of supporting you with the educational environment for passing OSCE

You have to pass regardless if you want to work as a nurse in the UK. You are better asking the private hospital what they offer in terms of training and support towards the exam

Thanks. They say ...................."All our hospitals have send representatives to Northampton University to do the TRAIN THE TRAINER course. This is a course that the university provide to employers in order for them to prepare NON EU applicants for their OSCE. We invest a lot to get the applicant here and is in our interest to get them to pass the OSCE and work as full pinned nurses.................."

Hopefully, they are saying the truth.
