Do I have to take the CGFNS exam before I can take the NCLEX-RN exam?
I've currently finished my degree in Adult Nursing, I already have a green card to work in the US (Texas) as I got married to my US husband during my university years. I need to know what the requirements are before I can work in the US as an RN. ALSO, Do I need a few years of experience in the UK as an RN before I move to the US?

No you do not need to sit CGFNS exam unless the state requires it and to be honest only a small handful do. You need to meet state requirements and your transcripts need to show both clinical and theory hours in Paeds, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Adult. You do not need experience before making the move
