If the interviews are for nurse training the best advise is to be yourself, but don't forget to sell yourself, they already know you can do the course or else they would not of asked you for a interview.
Make sure you answer the question they ask, show your enthusism.
Why should YOU get the place rather than somebody else?
( Try listing the reasons before the interviews)
The essay is straightforward, is to examine your composition, spelling and the ability to work within a time frame.
Group discussions is around talking but don't forget the listening.

When I was interviewed, for nurse training I was asked why I wanted to be a nurse, what I thought nursing entailed, if I had any experience with nursing, how I would handle studying and other responsibilities, how I would handle stress. I think that they are intrested in people who really want to complete the training.
The group interview offers you a chance to show that you will participate in group discussions in the classroom setting. Make sure that you participate. Interact with your fellow interviewees.
The essay ahould demonstrate your ability to write English fluently i.e. few gramatical and spelling errors.
thanks for the advice ill keep it in mind and start to think of some answers. Greatly appreciated.
