UHS OR PSI PTO?

I was recently hired to a PSI facility that will be UHS soon. I am wondering for those of you who work at either facility what your PTO looks like? Is it based on pay period? Does it kick in after a certain time? How many days off per period worked? I am planning a wedding and need to make sure that I will accrue enough leave to take a honeymoon! Any advice would be great! Thank you in advance!

I work in a UHS facility. The way it worked for us was you immediately start earning PTO, but you cant actually use it for 90 days. We accrue something like 7.5 hours per pay period.
