UGHHHHHH

MAYBE I'M ANXIOUS AND MAYBE I SHOULD WAIT UNTIL THE SCHOOL YEAR BEGINS BUT I WOULD SOOOOOO LOVE IT IF I KNEW OR EVER KNEW OF ANYONE GOING TO SPC LVN'S PROGRAM. I KNOW THAT THERE ARE 40 ODD PPL ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM BUT I DON'T KNOW THEM, ETC. :banghead: Anywho lol I just think it would be nice knowing other ppl going through the same thing you are and someone you can talk to who is just as excited as you are. lol I can only speak so much about nursing to my boyfriend. lol. Hope to find someone! If not I'll just have to wait until the school yr begins :/

    LOL, I know what you mean! I feel horrible for talking my boyfriend's ear off about nursing to. Just hang in there, or start a journal. That helped me. I noticed everyone I was around (family, boyfriend) was getting their ear full of nursing talk, when none of them are interested in nursing, aside from the fact that I'm majoring in it! I created a journal on tumblr and use it quite often, it's actually my nursing journal...that way I don't send someone over the edge. :D

    what a great idea! lol and I know, I talk about nursing all the time and am just excited about it. I can't wait until orientation and meet my classmates. I think nursing school will be one of the greatest and life changing experiences in my life! But I'm definitely going to look into making a journal, thanks!

    You're very welcome! I was tired of talking everyone's head off, when they'd have no clue what I meant or how important or crucial it is to the program! They're all like "Yeah, ok?" LOL, I mean, we really do tend to make nursing our life way before we start our careers!

    That's another I meant to say, was that once you get into the program and get to know your fellow students, you're bound to make a friend or two that you can talk to about nursing endlessly! :)

    I know!! Lol I talk about nursing so much and my love for er nursing and my boyfriend is like ok... hoping I don't spend the rest of my life in the emergency room working. lol. My mom said I will get attached to working and not want to leave because of the intensity and adrenaline rush in the ER. lol I can't wait!!

    I know lol I told my bf that when I start school I'll have other people who will understand and won't mind speaking about nursing endlessly. reminds me of this saying I heard "doctors are only friends with doctors"... I sooo understand
