UCSF new grad

I'm a recent new grad and have been blessed to be accepted into UCSF's new grad program. I know this is a hospital with a great reputation, but I have little information about people's experiences in this program. I'm having so much anxiety about not meeting the expectations and surviving the residency.

Can anyone who went through the residency/currently work here kindly give me some insight into the culture of the hospital and/or advice? During my interview, I was told the culture of my unit was generally supportive but it would be great to hear from a couple more nurses out there ?

Congratulations to you! I do not have personal experience, but I do know someone from last year's cohort and she seems to be very happy with her UCSF experience.
