Hey all, did anyone interview for med surg Mt. Zion? Do you know when they'll be getting back to us and whether there is a second interview?

Thank you! I do not have any healthcare experience other than my clinicals and preceptorship. I've only had experience in retail and nannying!

Hi! I believe they have already made offers according to some posts on the Bay Area New Grad Facebook group.

I already submitted it. They didn't ask it for me on the portal, but I did have to send it in to the onboarding HR generalist and filled it out as part of my background check.

Has anyone gotten an offer sooner than the timeline that was given to you? I was also asked to submit my references before the interview. Are references a really critical/considerable part in the final decision? Anxiously waiting 🤞🏽
