UCONN FNP 2017

I applied to the uconn FNP program for 2017. Anybody get any answers yet? My application still says 'submitted' and I feel like i should have gotten a response of some kind by now. Calling the school isn't helping at all. Anybody out there get a response?

same. I had contacted the MBA program about a question of doing a dual FNP/MBA and have not heard back from them either. It seems the entire college is unreliable.

Absolutely! I don't remember the school being so disorganized because I got my BSN from there.

I just called the admissions office today to get an update and they still have no idea when they will be making decisions or even start looking at applications. This is getting ridiculous!

Wow.....I am no longer going to call the school. UCONN still is my first choice but I also was accepted in a few other programs.

My friend was accepted as a DNP candidate for the FNP program and in her interview she was told they are accepting any DNP candidate over MSN candidates because the university wants to phase out MSN programs. They seem to not be choosing candidates based on GPA, experience/recommendations or if they went to UConn as an undergrad, but instead if they clicked DNP on their application instead :/
