UCLA Summer 2018 New Grad Residency

Does anyone know when the application for the upcoming new grad summer 2018 cohort opens?

Started this thread as a place to share questions/information for those of us applying! :)

I received an interview for 8ICU - Surgical/Transplant ICU! Interviews are 6/1 and 6/4!

Did you have the option of choosing the date and do you remember how many slots were in each date?

I just interviewed for them this morning. I felt as though it went well however the interview was rather short (20-30 min). They explained that within 1 week they will alert HR about their choices and 2 weeks after, HR will inform the candidates of their decisions.

The wait is killing me. Another possible 2-3 weeks to find out has me stressed.

How did everyone else do today ?

Does anyone know anything about the Ambulatory Surgery Center and Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA Ronald Reagan and Santa Monica Medical Centers for the UCLA new grad residency program? Do you think its worth it to do a residency in an ambulatory surgery center vs main hospital OR? Is anyone that chose OR for their first choice interviewing for these places

I interviewed for the OR and they said that they will be hiring people into the surgical centers too. They asked me for my preference.

Sorry, I can't PM back but yes, I interviewed for main OR. Did they tell you anything else about the surgical centers?
