UCLA NICU vs. Children's LA NICU

hello everyone,

I have been offered a NICU position at both hospitals, but I am having a hard time choosing between the two. Is there anyone out there that has worked at either one or both that can give me some input? I don't live in Los Angeles so it's been really hard for me to find reviews on either hospital.

Hope someone can help :-(

hi mejia 1381...are you going to be a new grad nurse? or are you experienced? i know childrens LA is offering big incentives for experienced nurses in the nicu.
