Members are discussing topics related to job interviews, work schedules, uniform fittings, and orientation for a cohort starting in March. They are sharing information about the hiring process, interview experiences, and the number of new grads being hired for different units. Some are also seeking tips for specific unit interviews and discussing the likelihood of being hired based on the number of applicants.
Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2025 Cohort at UCLA. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!
The application opened up today 09/06! Good luck to all of us ❤️

Me too! I was told mid December during my interview

My status still says In review, both interviews in Nov week 1 & 2
Nothing yet!
desperatelyhopeful said:Hi guys, I'm getting kinda antsy that I might have missed a call last week and I'm thinking of following up with a recruiter. For the people that got their offers, was it the same person that emailed your offer letter and onboarding? Or was it a recruiter that called you and a different onboarding team member that scheduled your onboarding/ new hire session?
I got an offer today! The recruiter gave me the offer letter but it's another employee that scheduled my onboarding new hire session.

Thank you! I don't know when it changed exactly to interview/onboarding but I noticed it on Nov 29. It was probably a 3-day or more than a week gap from my application status changing to receiving the offer letter. I would probably just wait for a bit and if it's too long, I would follow-up with a recruiter through email (include the ref number 19075 for the Nurse Residency Program).

So I actually never got an interview and never had my status changed since the beginning from "In Review". Did this happen to anyone else on this thread? Also, if there is anyone here that applied in the last round of applications and then reapplied again this time around and got an interview, what did you do differently?
