I received the assessment email and the one for LOR/Cover Letter and submitted both. Do any of you know when we'll hear back about an interview?

How did it go? Was it difficult? Did they ask case study questions?

I applied for 8E, I believe most units there are critical care. I had alot of leadership questions, such as "Explain to me a difficult time you had with your group and how did your group go through adversity".

Oh wow I'd be stumped on that question LOL. I'm assuming by "group" they meant clinical group?
