Hello
A friend of mine interviewed on a Monday for 4W and heard back that Friday. But it doesn’t look like all candidates hear back at the same time when I look back at the 6icu and perinatal offers as examples. Best wishes! It ain’t over till it’s over.

I spoke with someone Friday and she told me that offers were still being sent out and they weren’t sure if they’d all be done by that day (she also said that there was very few of us “in review”). However I also emailed someone different and they told me that “most” of them had been sent and they recommend to reapply if we are not chosen (which makes me feel like they’re done sending them out but who knows). Like someone mentioned there’s a grey area there but I think some of us are being left as alternatives because the lady on Friday told me that people were declining and they are going to keep going until every spot is filled. The email they sent us with the timeline says that if we are denied we’ll get a letter via email so until then I’m not sure what to think tbh. At this point it’s been a month of waiting to hear back so my fingers are crossed for all of us to hear back asap. Like someone else said, it’s not over till it’s over. Best of luck everyone. If not this time, we’ll get them the next round ??

According to the interview document sent with our emails, the *tentative* schedule says that last day to extend offers is June 10th. All applicants without an offer will have their status remain "in review" until all employment decisions are made.
So, theoretically, today is the last day for an offer. However, with that word "tentative" in the info sheet, that gives a lot of wiggle room / grey area and may result in premature grey hairs on our part ?
