Do you have all the recommended and require pre-reqs done,bc there are so many eheheh?
You're not kidding about the UC-required prereqs, I feel like I've been in school an extra year just to satisfy those requirements. This current Spring is my last semester of UC prereq classes (3 classes).
My cumulative GPA is ~3.90, science GPA is ~3.95. I have a few thousand hours as an emt (on an ambulance and as a firefighter), plus other experience from various jobs. Speak 3 languages, and lots of extracurricular & volunteer. I also realized after the fact that my PIQ's have a few typos. Oops.
I honestly have no idea how it could go; all I could do is spend too much time focusing on the stats of 400 applications and only 10 admitted transfers. Can't imagine there are 390 "bad" applicants, I'm sure a majority are amazing and diverse superstars. So who knows what the UC's want.

I feel you, it took me an extra year so I could finish biochemistry, organic chem, public health and genetics. I talked to one of the nursing counselors and she said that although they have a lot of applicants there are a lot that don’t even have all the pre-reqs done, public health being a major one. So if you have each and every pre-req done then your in an awesome position. I also hear that they are only admitted 8 transfer students this year. I hope we all get admitted so we can be apart of the brand new school that it gonna be finished by this Summer.
Hey everyone,
im applying for fall 2022 as well. I’m feeling super anxious waiting for decisions to release. I’m a 3rd year CCC student.
my states are:
My cumulative GPA is 3.84, I have all pre-reqs and recommended pre-reqs completed except for biochem because it’s not offered at my college. I have 1600 hours of being an EMT on an ambulance and 700 hours of volunteer service in a leadership position. I also speak 2 languages fluently. I got accepted to a couple of other nursing programs but UCI is my #1 so we’ll see how everyone goes. Good luck to all of you ?
