UCHealth Reviews?

I have just been given a job offer at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital at Anschutz (Denver)- On two different med/surg floors (ortho and Neuro). I am waiting to hear back from the UCHealth Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs for a position on an ortho/spine floor... Does have any knowledge/experience in these hospitals? 

I am from Massachusetts and am ready to make a big move, but want to make sure that this is a good place for me! I had a terrible experience in my first job on a pedi med/surg floor, as I did not receive sufficient support from my managers and unfortunately learned from experience that the hospital fostered extremely toxic work environments. This is what I am trying to avoid! 

Any honest feedback would be great as I don't know much about the hospitals ?

I work here, not as an RN but I can tell you it’s a great hospital with an awesome culture and benefit plan. Hope you get some RN responses!
