UCF MSN or DNP for 2017

Published

Has anyone applied for 2017 MSN or dnp programs for family nurse practitioner, acute care nurse practitioner, or primary care nurse practitioner at University of Central Florida (UCF)?

I looked at the status on myUCF and the next day I got the acceptance letter from UCF College of Graduate Studies (by email).

Got the email last week. Good luck! Did you apply for FNP? I heard that is more competitive.

I applied for the FNP DNP part time program. My application status says "admitted" but I have not received an email.

Congratulations to those who have been accepted!!

Anyone have any any updates about when we might hear back about the MSN FNP? I know they said end of March but since others are getting acceptances now maybe we will hear sooner?

Just noticed an acceptance letter in my inbox!

Congratulations!!!

I also received the acceptance email yesterday. Congratulations guys!

Any news from anyone? My application status is still reading no decision :/

Mine still says that too so I called yesterday and they said they will have decisions out for the FNP program by the end of the month!

For those still waiting for the FNP MSN decisions... I called last week and they said it has been moved back to mid-April. :/

I just got an email saying I did not get into the MSN program but got into the DNP program =) I'm so excited!!! Check your email!!!

Hey!!! I got the same email this morning. Haha! Congratulations! Are you gonna take it?? I haven't replied yet I just wanted to think about it. But it's only one more year, more clinical hours, and if the board ends up changing the requirements for NP to have your doctorate we'd be safe.
