I was searching for a discussion for those applying to UCF accelerated program for summer 2016 and was surprised I didn't find one. If there is one already please direct me to it. Just wanted to know the stats of those applying and to wait out the process together. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be impatiently waiting the decision to go out. Also if anyone has questions that another applicant may have the answer to this may help.
Hey everyone!I also got accepted for May :) congrats to everyone else that I'll be joining this semester and good luck to everyone who is wait listed. I'm from south Florida... I'm not very familiar with Orlando at all. Any suggestions for apartments or houses up there??
I went to UCF for my first undergrad but it was several years ago so I'm not sure if I have the best information about housing in that area. There are a TON of apartment complexes surrounding the campus and some neighborhoods nearby too where students rent houses.
I am on the waiting list and the person said that this spot on the waiting list got invited last year. The email also said that we will most likely get the invite by April 1st and that day is almost here and still no invite
Don't know what to do if I don't get in.

Does anybody know if Remington (ECPI) is regionally accredited since it is also in the area?
I'm in the exact situation as you and I wouldn't consider Remington. They are not regionally accredited and their program costs over 40K total. They sent us an email about Valencia and Seminole state concurred BSN program and Seminole state seems like a great option if I am not offered a seat by May. It starts in the fall and you will get to take the RN certification exam after 4 semesters. Afterwards you can work while completing the remaining two semesters online (4 or 5 courses I believe) in order to receive your BSN from UCF.

Yeah I got all of it too. It's a lot to get done in so little time. Anyone else going to the meet and greet?
