I was wondering, those who got interviewed/accepted, did they do externships in nursing school to be more competitive?

For those that have already interviewed and received a reference check email, I'm just wondering how long did it take for you to receive the reference email?

Oh wait, I just misread your question. After my interview I got the reference email in like two weeks and once TA sent an email that I would be getting a reference letter I got it the same day.

Has anybody heard anything from their NICU or PICU? It seems like they're either super behind or just taking their time.
