From what I've read, it sounds normal. I read somewhere that they take a couple of weeks to do the initial review. They probably just haven't gotten to your app yet.
My application says "reviewed" today. Not sure if that means it was passed on and not routed to a department? I didn't make a specific request for department, but stressed a passion for women, infants, and children.

I don't think you can make specific request for a department. It depends on where you did your senior preceptorship.

Hey everyone I was wondering what are you guys doing in the meantime that you're waiting - in terms of work? Because Davis wants this job to be your first paid RN experience - but the process takes 3-5 months, so I'm searching for a non-RN job in the meantime. I don't have an LVN or a CNA certification or anything other than an RN license, so they're kinda forcing me to put all my eggs in one basket when there's no guarantee they'll even hire me - just wondering if anyone else is in my position

@kaitlyn_Hernandez,bsn. I was in the same boat. I decided to apply for administration positions, caregiving, behavioral tech. I'm still getting a bit of clinical experience while I wait. I wish some of the new grad programs allowed us to use our license while we wait.

I work as a medical scribe and I feel like it gives great experience with medical terminology. I believe you can also work as a CNA if you have an RN license
