does anyone know if we change the shift preference? My application automatically said not applicable for the shift preference section.

they said to change anything on the application you have to withdraw and reapply. I doubt it would be something that could make or break your application but if you wanna be extra safe

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with the timeline for UCD? If app status is under review is that a good sign? Or I shouldn't read too much into it and be patient? I'm just impatient LOL

UCD can take super long because they will consider your application for this cohort as well as the next. "Under review" really just means that HR is looking at it. Once it gets to "routed for further consideration", then the hiring manager is looking at it & you could get an interview.

It's both an exciting & nerve racking time!

yes mine says "reviewed" Then when I tap the icon is says "under review"

Hi! I know a handful of people who have applied and it says "reviewed" for them now. Anyone else's still say "Applied"? Kind of worried I messed up somewhere in the application process but I was pretty diligent with everything. I'd assume they'd have to review all applications regardless. Just a little nervous! Haha
