they said to change anything on the application you have to withdraw and reapply. I doubt it would be something that could make or break your application but if you wanna be extra safe

UCD can take super long because they will consider your application for this cohort as well as the next. "Under review" really just means that HR is looking at it. Once it gets to "routed for further consideration", then the hiring manager is looking at it & you could get an interview.
It's both an exciting & nerve racking time!
Hi! I know a handful of people who have applied and it says "reviewed" for them now. Anyone else's still say "Applied"? Kind of worried I messed up somewhere in the application process but I was pretty diligent with everything. I'd assume they'd have to review all applications regardless. Just a little nervous! Haha
