Typical Ratio at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in the ED?

Does anyone know what the typical nurse to patient ratio is in the ED at Vanderbilt? I know TN doesn't have state mandated ratios, but does the hospital? Or does anyone know how I can find this information out?
