Hello, I searched to see if a thread had been started for the spring session for ADN at TJC already, but I didn't find anything. I figured I should start one. I submitted my application today. Waiting peroid activated lol. Did anyone else apply?
Because of TJC and UT Tyler being in the same town a lot of students transition there.
One of the positive things regarding UT Tyler's transition to BSN is that if you haven't already taken chemistry and your ADN program doesn't require it (TJC does not require it) then UT Tyler won't require you to take chemistry either and still get your BSN!
Ok cool, thats awesome! I was just wondering because the program at El Centro in Dallas (closes one to where im living) has it where their program is partnered with UTA that provivdes easy transition for graduates wanting to purse BSN. The partnership allows the nursing students ADN automatically be accepted into the BSN program. I was just wondering if TJC has a similar program with UT TYler. I hope so!
Hey guys. Hope everyone is doing well and preparing for the semester in January. I decided to let go of my spot at TJC. Moving to Tyler proved more challenging than i thought. Hopefully, someone from the alternate list has been contacted at this point. I was accepted at two other schools here in Houston and i am currently weighing out my options. So Goodluck to each and everyone of you. All of us are bound to be amazing nurses come December 2018. Take care guys.

I wondered about the same thing. I had called the nursing department and was given an estimate of $13,000. I think we will probably get more info on that in the coming weeks.
