TX BON licensure by endorsement

I applied to the TX BON in December 2020...they were reasonably responsive and got me moving along...all I need to complete my application now is the fingerprinting sent over, and they were supposed to send me the details for that in an email

It is 1.5 months now and no response to my emails either from my personal email or on the nursing BON portal

I go on the phone..I am 50th in the queue or something and when I come to being 6-7th in line all of a sudden I hear "there is a system failure and we cannot process your call at this time"... its so inefficient, its laughable..its several days in a row now, so I know its not a system error that many days in a row ?

Is there a better way of getting in touch with these guys ?

And I thought NJ BON was bad !!
