TX ACNP Scope of Practice

I keep hearing that AC (acute care) certified NPs can't practice in clinics in TX, but I have not been able to find this on the BoN website. I'm trying to find out the exact rules concerning the distinction between primary and acute care certification. Anyone know where the rules for this are hiding?
