TWU, HCC, other houston area nursing schools

Published

Right now i'm 19 and somewhere inbetween a freshman and a sophmore here at TWU in denton. I'm thinking about leaving after this semester to go to HCC to go ahead and become an lvn, work for a little while, and then go ahead and do the last two years or so of course work that i'd need to complete to become an RN.My hope is to be a graduate of Texas Womens University. Basically i'd like for any HCC students to speak on the program, since i've come to this website, that's beenthe first timei've heard some negative things about it. And also are there any other LVN programs inthe houstoun area besides the one at HCC?

check out the north harris website. I am sure there are plenty of others. Good luck !

How about SanJac, I hear it is a great LVN program... HCC for LVN isn't quite bad either from what I hear. Good Luck, keep us posted. Curious, if going to the LVN program taking an entire year from the RN program, when you would be that much closer to getting your RN, then possibly not getting in at the time you want to. Hmmm. All the same good luck.
