Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement

Hello my fellow nurses!  Is anyone part of a travel agency that provides tuition assistance or reimbursement ?  Considering going back for my MSN and my agency caps off at 5K/year for loan repayments.

I’ve found that most employers cap at $5000 in reimbursement. It has something to do with taxes, I was told. The only exceptions I’ve found is those employers at academic teaching facilities that offer free or massively reduced tuition, where it isn’t reimbursement. I would assume the same applies to travel agencies

Ah, I see.  Considering working for two agencies (at different times) to have two different sources of tuition reimbursement/assistance.  Thank you for your response !
