Im thinking about taking CNA and trying to get 1000 hours so i can get more points towards a nursing program. Does anyone know what specifically counts as "direct human patient care?" Is caregiving with your CNA degree count as direct human patient care count? or do i have to get my 1000 hours in a hospital setting? I cared for a man who was bed ridden but this was before, without a CNA license. Would this type of work count?
