Trying to find a private student loan

I am going to start my nursing program this summer. I already have 2 degrees and I'm not eligible for any need based loans (luckily my husband has a good job). I had already decided I would just look at private loans because of my situation also I will need some of the money for living expenses and need it not to go directly to the school. I had planned on using myrichuncle.com but I just went to their web site and they are not making private loans. I also looked at Capital One and they are not making any private loans either. I have pretty good credit. Does anyone know of any lender still making private educational loans given the current economic situation?

check out Chase and Wells Fargo (education connection), those are the only two I know of right now. due to other people's reckless spending student have to pay for it forcing banks to not do many student loans anymore. you can also get unsubsidized loans from school too- those do not take into account your husband's income
