Trouble with pharmacology class...

I'm struggling with answering a few of my pharmacology questions. Can you guys give me some hints or direct me where to do? My book only have a couple of pages of info about heparin, and I've answered all that I can so far.

Of the different types of WBC's (neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lympocytes, monocytes), which cell is responsible for the endogenous production of heparin?

Heparin has an affinity for which tissue - adipose, cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, smooth muscle

If heparin does not dissolve an existing thrombus, what happens to the thrombus?

heparin does not dissolve a thrombus. the thrombus is gradually broken down by the body own healing mechanisms and the endproducts re-absorbed.
