You aren't eligible for Canada as the entry to practice for RNs is BSN. As far as the US do you have work rights/visa and a valid social security number? Which state do you wish to live and work? Each state has it's own requirements and assessments for internationally educated nurses. You will be at a disadvantage with an ASN and only 2 years experience. You are not qualified for an H1B visa without a BSN + 5 or more years specialty experience. eB3 visas have a 2-15 year wait depending on country of birth
