[COLOR=#000000]Have a question for anyone out there who has worked as a travel nurse and then took a staff position. How did you list your travel experience? By agency or by facility? I have jumped around between a few different agencies, so I initially listed it by facility. Example:

Registered Nurse, Agency - AMN Healthcare

Intermediate Care Unit

By facility is best. In any case, the agency cannot comment on your competence or performance, only the facility can provide a reference. The agency is only a conduit for payroll. No manager is going to be impressed that you worked with a particular agency.

There is one possible exception: applying for a staff position. Even there, the resume is for the manager who isn't going to care. If HR wants actual agency names, you will have to put it on their application. Still no point in placing an agency name on a resume. HR may want it because "it goes to show loyalty to one employer", something that is completely irrelevant to travelers, but is indeed a nice trait for a staff candidate.
