Travel nursing and education

Hello!

I'm finishing my college degree in nursing, and I would love to be a travel nurse, but I also want to pursue my bachelors in nursing and hopefully my MsN to become an NP. I know there is a 1-2 year minimum of clinical experience, so I was going to work my first year in the ICU or as med/surg. I was wondering, however, if I could work as a travel nurse in the summer time and stay in school? Or if the agencies are very strict in when you have to go to work, so therefore there's no time for school?

Anything is possible. There are four week contracts and everything is negotiable if the hospital is hurting. Agency is just a middleman for payroll, they have nothing to be strict about.
