Hi! Just wanted to see if anyone ever had a contract at Portsmouth Regional Hospital Portsmouth NH?
Thanks and stay safe!

Travelnursingcentral does collect hospital reviews. That said, all such reports are likely useless. A traveler assignment experience is broadly unit specific (great and horrible units can be found in the same hospital). An experience can be hurt or helped by the charge nurse, or even a strong personality among your peers. Pretty hard to sort out ahead of time, but hey, only 13 weeks and you are gone! Or longer if you like it.
I've been to great hospitals to work for, but you would never know it from staff griping! Sometimes staff don't know how good they have it. Work culture is a strange thing. After a year or two of traveling, I stopped even asking questions after a couple years during interviews about staff and resigned myself to potluck (other than the location), knowing the reality on the ground was unknowable. I've been to one very highly loved hospital, UCSF, and hated it. They were quite insulted that I didn't want to go staff as most travelers did. Your experience can be very different than a traveler who was just there on the same unit even.
Thanks for answering! I understand everything you said. I have been to places that people hated but were a great experience for me. I should have known better ? Thanks for reminding me!
I should have noticed you were OR. Which is a completely separate isolated entity inside a hospital for work culture and politics. So hospital reviews are even less relevant. And as you no doubt are aware, there is always a strong character on staff. To say nothing of surgeons that also can affect the work experience!
